Refund policy

Love it or return it. I want you to be thrilled with your new hat. If you are not 100% satisfied with it just contact me within 14 days of your purchase and I will give you a full refund or a replacement. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All custom orders or hats with modifications are final sale.

The product you return must be in the same condition you received it and with the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
